What is Mediation?

 â€‹

"Mediation” means a process whereby a neutral third person called a mediator acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute

between two or more parties. It is an informal and non-adversarial process with the objective of helping the disputing parties reach a mutually acceptable and voluntary agreement.

Laguna Legal is now offering Mediation Settlement Conferences to parties/spouses who wish to amicably settle their family issues without Court intervention or costly litigation. Florida Law requires your attendance at Mediation before a trial can be scheduled so why not take your power back and settle on your own terms without a Judge ruling. A mediation session can last anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours, depending on the issues, with Ms. Laguna can resolve all of your issues and allow you to walk away from our office with a written Legal Agreement and Child Support calculations in hand.

Saturday and Evening Mediation Conference now being offered at Ms. Laguna’s office, call the office now to reserve your date and time slot and for payment arrangements.  Both Parties/Spouses must agree to use Millie Laguna as your mediator.

Thank you.  Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

- Millie Laguna, Esq.
